Patient Search Results

This page provides the specific results for the Patient Search feature.

To run a patient search

1. Type the name (first or last), formatted name (last, first), VA ID, Social Security Number, or any portion of this information, into the search text field and click the Search icon (or View Report button if already on the results page). This will display the search results.
2. To view patient details, click Select.
